Hey Tony, could you take a few more pictures of your jig for us? I would definatly like to make me one of those. Looks like a good one. I have access to a machine shop, so it shouldn't be difficult.

Yeah got the hint Rod .. was out to the ball game today, Jays/WhSox, Jays kicked em .... will get around to that. With access to a milling machine, this is easy to make. I only have a drill press and a tap/die set to make these, but works great. maybe tomorrow .. also re-tiling the front hall (from under the curly mahog zoot pic - its half done in slate now, more tomorrow)

I use the LMI fixture, which I more or less like except the thing is falling apart. I haven't been able (or rather willing) to spring for a version for a laminate trimmer. I do classicals, so the routing I need to do is pretty basic. In any case, using a wrench seemed to go fine with the top I did this weekend, but I will switch to using the standard collets in the future.
